W needs a slight nerf but his stacking speed increase is far worse in addition to his overloaded ult that does damage gives him hp gives him armor and magic resist and cuts his q cooldown. you can cut half of that out.

true damage shouldnt exisit in this game outside of Fountain cheap shot and ignite.
's problem is that he can proc his passive far too often especially ult. other than that he has the same problem every mage except ivern has of cooldowns too short to take advantage of.
i cant see how Aatrox got the nerf people have been asking for on riven since season 3 where his cooldown starts after his last q its not there anymore but he had it.
blue is far more broken its just his red like almost every other % damage proc in the game does far too much damage. only really vi and enchantment

Zilean has horrible base defenses which forces him to ult himself or not be close enough to use the rest of his kit.

Thank you for including Vel'koz, he's sleeper OP in bot lane. He needs some actual mana costs or reduced base damages, maybe compensated with higher ap scaling.
