Normal matchmaking is almost certainly broken, can this be looked into?

I'm Diamond. I used to get teams full of Diamond players in my normals. My normal win rate is pretty high. Now, all of my games are full of extremely low rated players. Like Silver and Gold.

For example, I just had a game with four Silver players on my team. The enemy team is four Gold players and one Platinum player. The entire enemy team minus the Platinum player basically just suicided into me over and over.

These games are not fun for anyone involved, and there's very clearly something wrong with matchmaking.

EDIT: I just queued again; three Silver players and a Bronze IV.
