Priviledge and balance

So apparently, an entire team can go all AD melee assassin. They can go 0/100,000,000 in their lane, they can make every possible fuck up and give the enemy every possible advantage until all three inhibitors and both nexus turrets are down, but it's okay. They have late game [citation needed].

Meanwhile the support has to overclock themselves to an absolute extreme just to try and keep one player's head above water, to the point that even the most basic shit everyone takes for granted, like warding and recalling, is the most supreme of supreme luxuries that they can't indulge in.

And if they don't build one item, or they don't build one item fast enough, suddenly it's trolling, suddenly that's what made every lane fail, suddenly that's intentionally feeding. One item on a role that you treat like shit and pretend is nothing but a playable minion and a ward mule does not unfuck every mistake you ever made. Pretending otherwise or desiring otherwise would imbalance the game in ways you cannot even begin to ever hope to imagine.

I liken it more to the players out there who screw up and play bad and decide to blame the person doing well because that player isn't "carrying hard enough" to cover for their mistakes. People do not like to take responsibility for their actions and do not like to think the loss is their fault.

As for supports in general, it's mostly just adcs as a large portion of adcs are like people who purposely don't work so they can milk free government assistance; they make everyone else cover their ass. Because the lane has a support to cover them and ADC is in every game and sometimes multiple, adcs have big heads and feel entitled. I remember a comment from one adc when AP players asked to get buffed that it is normal for mages and APC to fall out of the meta and not be good meanwhile ADC HAS to be strong at all times and has to have a commanding role in every game according to them. ADC 2k17 while they were still picked every game, 1 on each side. Just how they are.
