flomper1 votesHe is equal at most to khazix level of difficulty if even now. He only takes about an auto attack and ability to kill any squishy now.
To your point it's because rengar is busted and riot has no idea how to balance him because his new kit can't really be balanced. There's too many scaling and base numbers on the champion and just one specific large nerf could kill him
