• Base Damage increased to 75/100/125/150/175 from 65/90/115/140/165
• Mana Ratio increased to 3/3.5/4/4.5/5% from 2/2.5/3/3.5/4%

W- Rune Prison

• Base Cool Down lowered to 14/13.5/13/12.5/12 seconds from 14 seconds at all ranks
• Mana Ratio increased to 2.5/2.75/3/3.25/3.5% from 2.5% at all ranks
