If AOE got buffed by 50% dmg but can friendly fire, what champs are good/bad?

Say Riot suddenly gives AOE skills 50% increased damage, but now every AOE skill can friendly fire? What champions would be good or bad with this change?

And those who can't control their AOE like Brand Karthus will be a disaster.

Nasus e might be annoying because a very large portion of the total players will have their armor reduced if they stay in the zone.
