there's a lot of things that people would pay money to Rito for but they just won't do it. I'd pay Rito money to let me change my username on my main (not summoner name) for personal reasons (even told them to pretty much name their price lol) but yeah... maybe they will realize they can earn money other ways from just skins too

I mean though. Set the intern to do it. In reality riots spends maybe $600 in Resources to make this happen. Millions play league. They would get their money back if only .2% of the playerbase bought it.
