Swipe Feature to Build Cutlass out of Hextech Revolver (poll)

Original thread Here made this post to add a poll. See picture below: added a swipe feature that allows you to build an item like cutlass from hextec revolver in place of cutlass. add a way to swipe/switch/swap it with an ap equivalent same active as cutlass but with different name/icon: http://i.imgur.com/qAK4mqR.jpg just to clarify you have to swipe before you buy and you need prerequisite items to complete it. can't build vampscepter long sword into cutlass than swipe that would be insane.

Stats +50 ability power +8% life steal Active UNIQUE ACTIVE: Deals 100 magic damage and slows the target enemy champion's movement speed by 25% for 2 seconds. 90 second cooldown. Item cost 1500g (300g)

No. A good portion of the game is itemizing correctly. You need to assess which of the two is better in your current game. Having the ability to switch items is an absolutely horrible idea

No I didn't explain well. I'm not saying switch u have to lock in before you buy. You can't buy scepter and longsword and suddenly switch it. You swipe before you buy and you need prerequisite items to complete it. But thanks for pointing that out so I could clarify.

All youll need left to purchase is scepter longsword to complete gunblade. If you go down the spell vamp path instead first. I just find ad characters get an early/unfair? advantage since for just 250 gold they get active slow. And yet gunblade was designed for hybrids particularly those who are in it for the spellvamp/ap.

So your idea is that you can change the recipe for cutlass? That still sounds awful

I still don't think you understand. Cutlass is unaffected. You would call it something else. If you want to build cutlass go for it, it'll always stay the same. Its just handier build path for ap players who might want the active sooner.

I think if I were to find an issue with this is that you'd get ap character who don't wish to build gunblade just buy the item for the slow active. Like Vlad might just buy this and never complete the item, just so as to get an early slow. Which I don't see how that's bad, he paid the gold for it anyways. Why are only ad characters entitled to a slow. Plus cutlass is not even cost effective at least compared to botrk. We can keep it as such for the AP's equivalent.

k well i cant emphasize how much this is needed imho. it means you pretty much can't max w as jax in the jungle and it makes a big difference in damage on my ganks.

also was facing a gragas jungle that ran thornmail first i wish i could have started with hextech.
