You buffed Urgot. You buffed Eve. You buffed Darius

All champs that are awaiting reworks and are/were in a pretty bad state. So you gave them some minor buffs to help them while they await their reworks that will, like winter, eventually come

A few patches ago, you butchered . You butchered his ult, his W, the items he used. It was justified at the time, since he was a complete monster, but that was a 1 in 10000 thing. The stars aligned for him; new items, new jungle, new everything. The champ didn't change, just his surroundings. So, he went from a mediocre pick to the top of the top. And then you gave him a Red Wedding. You butchered him, took away everything he ever loved, and didn't even have the decency to say "We did this so we can rework him soonTM." And then, like before, everything changed around him. The items that he had used to be top dog (or wolf) no longer existed in the way that he had abused them. The jungle got softer; his sustain was no longer king. His speed was slow. And even after this, when he was a shadow of his former self, because of what a single item, that isn't the same anymore, had done for him, he was still left to rot.

So I ask you this Riot; Give some buffs. He's not the King in the Jungle that he was at the start of the season, and I'm not asking him to be that again. Just some minor buffs, some of the power that you took away from him because of . That is all I ask
