Impossible to climb no matter what i do

I have started believing in elo hell. I once was like other people and thought there is always something they can do better. But i dont know anymore. Ive had games that i go 20/1 and the top goes 2/16. Ive had games where my support literally walks in circles while im forced to 1v2 the enemy bot lane. Ive had games as jungler where when i gank bot lane the support literally does NOTHING and ends the game 0/4/0 not being a part of a single thing. Ive had games i go 17/6 and my other teams scores are 6/16, 1/10, 5/9, 2/5. Its a miracle i even do as good as i do in these games. Much less have any chance of winning them. How do people deal with this? How do you climb? Never had this problem till DQ came out, in solo queue once in a while things like this would happen...but not this many times to this extent. People say if you do well you win...well i do well and i lose so i dont know anymore.

chances are, whether you believe it or not, you actually are where you belong

if you are 20/1, it's your fault for not winning the game

And all these scores you say are actually pretty ridiculous, chances are you are just aram'ing mid and not focusing objectives

i try to focus objectives but what am i supposed to do alone? If i split push a lane as adc im likely to get ganked and killed, or my team will die and then rage at me for not being there. I try to focus when im jg too. My main jungler is kha'zix and i would pick people off and focus objectives, but i cant make them focus objectives and its really hard to do it solo. One game as adc my support would randomly fucken leave me to fend for myself for some random reason and their support and adc stayed there so i was left 1v2. Yet the worst part is they still lost 4v3 fights. I had 2 people to deal with and they lose 4v3. What am i supposed to do? When i play tank some fights i have 3 of their carries focusing me and by the time im dead my team is so low they cant do anything else. They get destroyed 2v4. What am i supposed to do? I tank 3 people, i handle 1v2, i assassinate their carry...i do my job and sometimes beyond and its still not enough. People dont listen in this game, i could hand feed them how to win each and every single one of their lanes i could tell them exactly what to do to win and exactly how to. They dont listen so they lose. If i tell them exactly how to win each of their lanes, how to win a teamfight being very detailed, all they do is say "stfu noob". People dont listen. The enemy team could be split and only have 3 mid when we have 5, id spam ping to engage but no one does anything. I cant do everything on my own
