RyzeRework1 votesi feel like fiora needs more survivablity with this update so i think she should be built like a bruiser the items u have up there is good but maybe still keep her hydra built because if u play her like an assassian its always good to have the extra burst damange hydra provides, im not too convinced by the ghost blade and trinity force because the only real usefull was to use trinity force is low cd spells so black cleaver instead of tf, and raundians kinda sucks if u wanna feel like a real threat either go sunfire cape for extra damange thronmail against heavy ad or frozen heart which is prolly the best armor tank item in the game atm, as for last whisper it depends on the match up if ur facing squshies u dont need last whisper at all build another damange item or another tank item but hexdrinker is prolly always a good start vs if ur laneing against ap but if ur not then i would say drop that item and get sv instead and the boots are optional
IGotScuttleCrabs1 votesDefinitely not thorn mail. The update makes it basically crap unless you're stacking armor. Id consider sun fire over omen if i built bork but still wanted to split push. I feel omen wins though because the slow can help you circle the enemy to hit their vitals..
RyzeRework1 votesfiora has high movement speed plus she gets speed from attacking and she has lunge so you would have a very easy time catching up to people unless there like yi or something then there already gone lol
Erockandroll1 voteslooking at her abilities, I would go Damage and sustain. Being a good duelist requires you to have good ability to sustain. Definitely BotRK. But what do you want to accomplish as a Duelist? If it's split pushing, build for that. otherwise, adjust you build for what you need to do.
IGotScuttleCrabs1 votesYea double life steal might still be good on her. 2 out of Hydra/Bork/ Bloodthirster. She's rather squishy and your stun and passive can be difficult to land vs some people.

Infinity Edge increases the second auto from your E to 250% damage, just like a normal crit.
Also, I think 40% CDR is a must on the new Fiora. Your gap closer is on a 2.4 second cooldown if you manage to hit something with it, and your E is on a 4.2 second cooldown.
EvilRabbitt1 votesLove to get your help theory crafting friend. I have only had a chance for two bot games and one real- but speed rushing Hydra and Shiv has worked both times. I'm still on the fence for trinity... it sounds strong on paper, but I'd rather swap the spot for bork or cleaver.
