Reduced LP Loss for AFKS

Its in the title, can we please get reduced LP loss if we have an afk on our team? Ooh also another question, if someone afk's the whole game and then reconnects just before the end their name isn't in red at the endscreen, so does that mean they don't get leaverbustered? I had a Vayne once in ranked who decided to quit the game because "I need 30 ms ping 130 is too high". She then reconnected at the end to supposedly avoid punishments and told the enemy team "Yeah sure go ahead report me because there was a thunderstorm that crashed the power in my entire apartment complex so I couldn't finish the game", which was obviously a blatant lie to avoid getting reported for AFK'ing. I just want to know whether she got the punishment she deserved or not.

Note: To all people who will say "remake system", this Vayne intentionally walked to lane, died once, and bought items so we couldn't use the remake system because yeah people like trolling and I'm sure other people disconnect halfway through matches, or stuff like that which circumvents remake.

Oops forgot to mention, this means we still lose LP but less (maybe 30 or 50% less than if it were a 5v5, maybe it would change based on when the afk afk'd), and the enemy team gains the LP they would always gain to make it fair for them: its not their fault we got an afk

Leaverbuster will apply penalty to all players that afk'ed or dc'd for quite some time. It doesn't matter if they come back at the end. Also the afk loss reduction can be exploited quite easily.
