I don't understand it. Something about take the big wolf and a small wolf and then take blue then take the small wolf then you're level 3?
I see alot of people doing it in normals and I just don't get how it works. Does it have to do with laner xp or something raising the average jg monster level when you take the final wolf?

It’s becuase of catch up exp so the system thinks ur behind so it gives u more exp it’s a way of abusing the catchup exp system
