Make Zilean's Time Bombs Interactive
Let zilean detonate them when he wants.
Let enemys aa destroy them like GP barrels.
Give zilean a real passive.

His kit is very strong, and his new passive is more impactful than the old one. I just wish I knew how much exp I would giving/getting before I do it.
