Literally no one played J4 until people realized how strong he was in the new jg, suddenly his usage skyrocketed out of nowhere. People play Zed because he is broken and impossible to trade with early game as a mana-user. He also has burst, mobility, AND sustained damage (700 damage autoattacks wtf).
Veigar was a genuinely fun champ, and if he was broken then his pickrate wouldn't be miniscule compared to LS/Zed/J4.
