Annie has no limit as to how long she can hold her aoe stun.

Annie's doesn't have a 6 second cooldown, and has to be charged with four spells, after which her stun is on cooldown until she has four abilities off cooldown, and the mana to use them. Annie can't build adc, and abuse her stun. She has shorter range. I mean, I really could go on.

Annie has the potential to stun you twice in the time it takes for tf's stun to come off cd.

Annie's CDs are ridiculously low, and with any sort of CDR basically negligible. With a item 3027 / item 3165 / item 3174 or any other one of the 4978502 mana items out there, mana isn't even a problem.

Annie can't build ADC? Really? Who the hell builds AD TF unless it's Voyboy fucking around.

Also, all of Annie's abilities have higher range than his stun.

Or maybe she can get her stun back up in less than 8 seconds considering it has a 2 second CD and mana refund if a minion is killed.

She can also use her E and W to make it about 4 seconds, making it lower than TF's CD by 1/3, while not having to use a whole ability for it.

Annie has an infinite mana pool, a statistic made up by people like you to suit your arguments.

Her mana pool at level 18 is almost on par with Ryze's, while TF can't even get to 4 digits hahaha. Then just realize you have a mana refunding Q, and with RoA you have a mana pool of 2000 late game, so, yeah I kind of am right to say that.

if you havent built any mr by level 18 then you deserve to be 1 shotted, Also Her mana costs go up at level 18 they are not stagnant. IF you have played her even once you would know that mana is still an issue at 18

I first timed her mid in ranked and went 15-4. Mana was never an issue, and for people who built MR i just got sorcs and Void staff.

I've played her several times and mana was never an issue. item 3027 is the best item rush ever. You don't even need to go pure AP on Annie, her ratios and base are so stupid high you can easily go AP bruiser and still nuke carries. Heck, you can have the last item be item 3143 and odds are you can still blow up a squishy while being hard to kill.

Annie gets near perma 50/50 res and a free thornmail, not to mention stupid ratios on her abilities, with a scaling DPS AoE minion, so, tbh I don't see where you're getting with this.

TF doesn't get a free AoE slow, because then he doesn't get a stun. Annie get's a mana refunding (Blue card) stunning (Yellow card) ability all in one, on a much lower CD. Not to mention her W can AoE stun and almost does more damage than his whole kit in total lol. So I would take all of that over a limting TP.

Ur compairing an ability mage to an autoattack mage, so of course his abilities are gonna do less damage than hers.
