Ranked has become a massive clusterfuck since season 3. Is this going to be fixed?

Skill discrepancy and inability to impact games as an individual are really bad right now.

Up to season 3, everyone at Diamond was fairly good at the game. You could rely on your team mates playing their roles well. If someone fell behind, you could help them catch up and get them back in the game.

Right now, this isn't the case. Barring counter-picks and camping, if someone falls behind, it's because they're severely out-skilled 9/10 games. You can camp their lane and catch them up, but they're playing like shit, so it's not going to matter; they aren't going to be relevant even with a gold and EXP advantage.

Every ranked game is a complete shit show where you have to cross your fingers and hope your team mates are at least as good as their lane opponents. If you want to climb, you have to spam games with the knowledge that there's a higher chance of the enemy team having more bad players. You constantly get games that are over at 10 minutes, because 2/3 or 3/3 lanes are being stomped. This isn't healthy or fun.

Nobody even wants to jungle at Diamond anymore, because 50% of the time, you're bashing your head against a wall as every single lane is losing and you're just stuck sitting there like 'lol I can't be in all your lanes at the same time' and it's reached a point where they're so behind that you can't even successfully gank.

Your level of play puts you in a tiny percentage of all the games out there. When ever a change is made it needs to look at a huge amount of games that have also changed. When you also factor in things like Time of Day and Weekly population fluxes and Champion balance with current average population's skill level, it becomes even smaller. Remember there are a lot of Diamonds in the ruff and with a little polish, are able to make you a believer. Sometimes no greater reward is simpler then snatching victory from the jaws of defeat. Sometimes I think Balance is an illusion and we are all on the brink of an uncontrollable unbalancing act. Sometimes I think my soapbox is a bit too big for myself.

Honor: Yourself, by only seeking challenging competition, Your opponent, to qualify your skill in their defeat, The Game, by allowing your only reward to be participation in a Great Battle.
