Normal MMR is much higher, stopped playing ranked because queque times were too long and only got my preferred role, mid, 80% of the time.

I agree, there's no excuse for not getting that number every game. To put this in perspective: There are times where I Dc'd for 5 minutes to server issues, got killed 3 times in lane and still managed to pull off more than 100 CS both times.

So if some one had a bad game, or they got camped or they are playing a champion who really isn't very great at wave clear, or to a more common reason would be if they like to roam a lot to help the other lanes, and they can't get that amount in 20 mins they should not play them?

I'm sorry, but I'm sure you had games where you probably didn't reach 100 CS in 20 mins. Besides, I'd rather have people who can't farm very well over people who constantly die in lane and get their laners fed. Also why are you even playing Blind pick? if you are talking about being just a second to slow to call Mid/Top then just play Draft and pick those roles.

Draft takes too long, it's the same reason I stopped doing ranked. You have people that decline the match, dodge the match, and remakes.

Declines/Remakes generally happen in Blind pick to if I remembered correctly so that really isn't something that should deter you from playing Draft. Though I can agree with dodges since that happens a lot with people either being pissed their champion is banned or they forget to ban + the ban phase does add on to the time, but Draft is generally less hassle to worry about since most people get their roles (besides for anyone who was autofilled) so being don't fight as often in Draft's champion select as they do in blind pick. Also being able to see the enemy's picks to help build a team that won't get destroyed, and won't have to deal with mirror matches makes Draft so much more important imo.

The only times I understand playing Blind pick would be if you are playing a champion who is usually banned a lot, or if you really wanted to play the new champions once they come out.

yeah that does happen frequently some days, but the game is much better with draft than going in blind. Blind is just a bunch of people trolling

I have good CS(at-least in my elo: 150 cs in 20 minutes is pretty damn good), know how to counter build or build according to the team composition, can maintain a positive kda(on my main and now OTP). I'm only in bronze because I really don't feel like climbing to silver right now.

My man, I feel that you are still much to worried about your teammates. Focus on yourself. Normals are frequently not taken as seriously and folks test things out to see if they work. Mechanics are great, everybody should invest time into csing. but csing vs bots or in training vs dealing with lane and jungle pressure are worlds different. Folks wont improve with out practice, and you should just work on yourself.

On that topic here is my tip for blind, Don't waste time typing, open any form of text use ctrl C for your role then once in lobby use ctrl V soon as game starts should get you that 1 second your missing... also its helpful if you know exactly where your chat bar is and have your mouse hovering over it. Oh and don't forget that if their ping or yours are a bit off the in game chat will be different so they might see their call > yours and you may see your call > theirs so please don't freak out on folks if its really close. Good luck and have fun.

As a mid-laner in Bronze, you can't underestimate how often you run into those games where it's suddenly ARAM at 5 minutes and everyone is in mid sharing 1 wave of CS.

Doesn't ring to me, if your lane is occupied, that means other lanes aren't! And unless team fights are breaking loose every 5 minutes, no lane should be left empty with CS left to waste!

And then you get blamed for leaving them 4 v 5, or they ping you away and yell at you when you are almost there that they want their lane CS. This happens all the time.

I really don't understand why this post is getting downvoted. Normally I make sarcastic quips here, but I'm serious, if you can't get 100 cs in 20 minutes then you need to spend considerable time in the practice tool, custom games or bots.

I queued with one of my friends recently who has abysmal MMR and I actually felt bad playing against them. I'm no Faker by any means, but I was playing Talon (whom I never play) and still had 153 CS at 20 minutes and was 5/0 while my lane opponent had 44 CS. I mean, come on, 44 CS in 20 minutes?

Look, I get it, there are different skill levels and sometimes you get shut down, it happens to me, it happens to us all, but 44 CS... even when I was brand new to the game I never played that poorly.
