Lord Dusteon1 votesWouldn't you need to almost double her Q damage then? Since you just made her combo take at LEAST 2-3x as much time? And wouldn't that just make Riven even better at low elo (massive Q damage with little skill needed to press Q on someone) and worse at high elo (since you gutted her skill ceiling)?
