There needs to be additional punishment for consistently bad play, to crack down on boosted players

Super fun losing a game because one of your team mates' play is indistinguishable from intentional feeding, then you check their history, only to see that they're 3-25 in the past week and they're clearly boosted, because they have high win rate with champions and roles they no longer play.

Something needs to be done to get these players out of ranked faster. Letting them drop naturally fucks over hundreds of players, as they fall back to the appropriate skill level.

aren't boosted/bought/botted accounts banned? its not like riot can do more than that anyway.
