Syndra should get her Q scaling back, E scaling back down, and W radius reverted

For a champion that gets memed for being able to "Press R" and instantly kill anything(lol) she sure seems to "win" a lot with her impressive 43-44% winrate on average.

During a time when Aery was OP and champions like Karma and Sona were 2 shotting everything at level 4-5, Syndra's winrate still continued to plummet. She doesn't need straight buffs but she needs her older reliability back. Using her Q as her primary source of poke isn't viable anymore without flat MPEN runes/masteries, and her W is too unreliable in lane now that every champion takes celerity. I know RIot is gonna wait to see where that bug fix lands her but I assure you that was only the beginning of the actual problems that she is facing now.
