%hp true damage is stupid
It's not fantasy, it's just the epitome of frustration when playing against it. Stop trying to force champion niches by using this broken and lazy as fuck mechanic.

MunchCrunchLunch1 votesgaren's is fine because its a long cd single target ult. fiora is a problem when dueling and is somewhat fraustrating because most top laners are tanky. but vayne the champ that gets so much ad from her ult also deals so much true damage that isn't a skillshot like fioras or time gated.
