It seems to me that riven should be able to use her E while snared. There are many cases where Riven's E doesn't actually allow her to move (i.e. running into a wall) so I feel it doesn't make sense to think of it as only a movement skill. Of course Riven would still be stuck in place, but the shield would be applied and that could help save her from lux, morg, etc.
Starlighte2 votesIt isn't a QoL fix. That would be a QoL buff, a fix is increasing responsiveness on Orianna/Syndra's balls. And honestly, Riven is in a good spot. Doesn't need buffs, doesn't need nerfs. She should have a weakness such as long duration snares, there is no reason to buff her against things she is intended to struggle against.
