New Kayle has double stacked damage passives

So her passive gives 10 + 0.2 AP and 0.15 AD on Exalted auto attacks (at 5 stacks or any at lvl 16+)

Then her E also gives a passive 10 + 0.2 AP and 0.15 AD

So her auto attacks all have 20 + 0.4 AP and 0.3 AD

Add in for +15 on hit and the ghost his means every other hit is 70 + 0.8 AP + 0.6 AD

I cant tell from the patch notes if the Flat damage from the passives scales up or not.
