I get downvoted whenever I say Vlad is toxic

Can anyone really defend vlad and say that he isn't toxic?

thus far it would appear that 1 in every 2 people don't know what toxic actually means, based off observations here and outside the thread

seriously, do people just not know what toxic means? Or are they seriously trying to say that vlad is somehow not the very definition of toxic design?

Vlad is toxic, hes broken, has too many fucking escapes, too low of a cool down, and too much burst damage, Fuck vlad,

Vlad isnt broken. He's been nerfed enough that he actually kind of sucks now.

His spell vamp early is almost non-existent and his spells cost HP. Vlad gets dumpstered by champs that can force trades with him often. Riven MonkeyKing Irelia Darius Yasuo Pantheon Kayle Ekko Rengar Fizz all destroy him in lane.

item 3123 . 800g and you can dumpster Vlad.

If you feel Vlad is OP, I will personally 1v1 you in a custom with you on Vlad and then you can tell me how OP he is
