Yo, this change to the Inspiration bonus is waaaaay too much.

Taking it out from every tree and adding it as a very niche rune in one of the minor slots just means it’ll never be used by anybody except like...Singed.

Oh and also lane sustain gets shat on for all the characters who were getting propped up by potions.
