Until we get justice for 
and every other mage that relies on movespeed this is a reminder to buff Phase Shift. Now every movespeed mage is forced to take Celerity to make up for how lackluster Phase Shift actually is on it's own for most of the game. A champion like Asol could already take movespeed quints AND have stormraiders which was way better in the old system.
ToBeSomebody2 votesRequiring three unique (separate) abilities/attacks might sound good on paper but it really fucks over certain champions entirely. Cass's whole kit for trading is basically two spells with no reason at all to weave in autos.
commit an hero1 votesI mean I played against Cass on the PBE. If you use Q>E>E it's procced. Which isn't entirely not reasonable to do.
HOWEVER, ASol definitely got shafted for sure. No doubt about that.

That+ you should always AA anyway. I'd just wish the CD would also scale into lategame.
Besides that, Buffing Phase especially in early could be devestating - the 15% are fine, the cheese and nonsense Cassio and firends could unleash with Phase+Presence of mind would be stupid.

SwiftKitten881 votesi think they could mkae it even more interesting by also alowing for single lange range shots to give you the speed boost. (say for example anything over 800-100 range)
so somthing like 
a long ranged cross map ulti from 
zoe or even a full rage nid spear woudl give you the speed boost, i think that would be cool
