Nunu PBE Change- Nunu Is Now the Attack Speed God Support

Check this out boys!

From what I'm getting here, on top of Nunu's current 25-45% attack speed increase, he is going to allow allies to get another 40% attack speed increase as long as he is attacking. This means that Nunu is giving allies up to 65-85% increased attack speed (IF I AM READING THIS CORRECTLY, mind you that). That's some major synergy with Jhin and other people who benefit a ton from attack speed.

Nunu Blood Boil (W) [new effect added "Attacking enemies while under the influence of boiled blood will enrage all nearby Bloodboiled allies, increasing Attack Speed by X% per hit, up to 40/40/40/40/40% additional Attack Speed."] Absolute Zero (R) [new effect added "The Movement speed slow increases to X over the duration of the channel."]
