It'll help with his survivability, but he needs more.

IMO building tornadoes on Q whiff would help him a lot and let him jungle. But.... shield is a start. It still needs to last longer since its harder to build now though.

Actually, it being bigger does not increase the time it takes to charge. It charges on a percent system, %moved = %shield charge. This means he'll get a larger shield for the same time as his last.
