So i made gold finally but it was really unsettling for how LONG it took

Ive been meaning to make this thread for a long time mainly due to how TRASH the matchmaking system really is. In this case i made gold yeah whatever but you know something riot this could of happened much much sooner if SO many of the matches i lost that i was carrying but had that one clueless guy who doesn't know what to do half the time i would made gold ages ago.

^^ that's the quote of the thread and the MAIN idea i wanna drill in your brains. From the last 100 or so matches my play style has improved yes but only with snowballing leads, my mechanics were always good and my institution always served me well with i never switched the champions i was playing i strictly played eve i only play eve period i am a one trick pony basically which is completely not counter productive in climbing because you wanna stick with the champions you can play well with obviously. in fact in the last week or 2 the only major switch i did was switching from dark harvest to storm raiders on . So if you think i am bragging? nope i am just jusfiying why it wasn't ME, how it was mainly how bad the system is.

Come together in your next meeting and come up with a solution already, DISCUSS the match making system, TALK about what your going to do. If a player wins a match yet performed extremely bad, that player should not receive 100% of the short climb that match gave more like 75% for not showcasing that effort, if performance was judged at all the matchmaking system would be smarter in general and people should be able to squeeze into they;re actual CORRECT ELO where they can then improve on themselves until worthy of a higher rank. 75% , or any % would make a huge difference for the game also reducing toxicity as well whose to blame someone else when your own performance actually matters somewhat? thats less tilt going on period at the end you get a healthier game. If its such a stupid ass idea then test the waters with PBE whats the worst that could go wrong? at least you try SOMETHING and the community sees that you care on this subject which NO rioter ever addresses which is sad.
