not really, it depends on how you place it and when. a good kindred player almost always places the ult in a way so that the enemies are not really able to get into it. is it a 1v1? then get your e out and wait for the last aa to get that juicy execute out.

I think Malphite's ult should at least be an honorable mention, if you get a good ult you basically just remove 2-3 enemies from the game, as long as your team knows how to hit the stunned people. An amazing ult nearly wins you an entire teamfight, but Taric ult can be played around pretty easily. It takes insane reaction time to dodge a Malphite ult, especially one coming from the fog.
