With the pbe buffs, jinx with an ie will have a 3.5ad ratio on her w.
What the actual fuck? Please tell me this won't go through.

3.5 AD ratio on 20% of her W casts with just an IE
time for
poke queen Jinx
Isn't that the best Jinx?
to my memory she buys two zeal items
But I could see essence reaver being buyable if she happens to like the new bork?
Is this such a bad thing though? She is not in a great spot right now, and her W is pretty useless even in lane. You almost never use it unless you're going for the slow because it locks you in place and has garbage damage all game.
Currently, it has a 140% AD ratio and is still bad. This change requires it to crit, which is NOT always a given, and she needs at least an IE to get that ratio. she needs 2 items for it to be somewhat reliable. It also still is slow moving, gives the enemy an indicator, AND locks her in place.
I see why people are freaking out. a .7 AD ratio buff is pretty big. But it comes with some requirements (crit), and has solid counterplay. It isn't like they slapped .7AD ratio on rockets.
If they're going to buff her, this is probably the best way because it makes a useless part of her kit useful, and doesn't make her strengths overbearing instead to compensate for her W being bad.
Where do you see these changes???? Is there a website?
Check surrender at 20, it posts the changes on the pbe everyone talks about.
Dude, I'm ready!
Jinx might finally be viable again after years of being bottom tier?
Finally, but really this isnt too much and barely helps her early game.
Cmon though, if you cant sidestep her W you deserve to get hit with a 3.5 AD ratio.
Wouldn't it be a 2.8 AD ratio because abilities crit for 50%?
abilities crit for 50%
wut
Also, without IE her W would have a 2.8 AD ratio when it crits (1.4*2). With an IE, the crit damage is increased by 50%, so her W would have a 3.5 AD ratio (1.4*(2+0.5)) when it crits.
I was wrong, only Master Yi and Garen's abilities crit for 50% bonus damage. They all should though, imo.
