Please Somehting must be done about Champion Experience in Ranked Games

Look, I'm not genius at this game. However, I'm tired of being put on teams with folks who choose a champion they've never played in Ranked or very little at all. I'm not saying they can't win, or someone can carry then but the odds of that happening in my ELO Silver V is not high.

I'm begging Riot to come up with some sort of system that doesn't allow people to play champs they have little experience on in ranked.

I have ideas sure, but they're largely hated by the community only because I think the requirements should be steep, because that's the rule I impose on myself and to some extent its worked.
