calm your tits. the rune is overbuffed on the pbe on purpose. riot did this with a lot of mechanics lately.

my guess is they want to see which kind of effect it has and where they have to draw the line.

its most likely going to be tuned before they do anything with it on live.

it scales off max health, has a range penalty, and is in the worse tree for adc in terms of stats. sure m8

all the effects are halved for ranged champions. and while vayne is cancer, she wants attack speed.

They just changed it so that its halved for ranged champions, but this is still really strong for any melee champion that needs to deal damage.

Lmao, who do you think you're fooling when you have to deliberately say in your title that your video doesn't contain click bait.

I agree the change is pretty strong but not enough to warrant everyone taking it. Like Fervor before preseason you needed to stack it with auto attacks so champs like Lucian and anyone else who can auto attack reset can really benefit from it. Let's not forget the fact that the Resolve tree give bonus HP, a stat that does not supplement DPS directly. Marksmen want attack speed, even if they do have attack speed resets, it still help lower the delay.
