Disappointed as I have been waiting 2 years for Syndra Buffs
Syndra has had a bad play and win rate since her q nerf in season 4. The change in her passive to her q isn't going to make her as competitive as other mids because she is still too heavily mana gated with moderate damage abilities. The only way she will succeed with this new kit is if you have the dumbest enemy champions alive standing next to you as you are laying out 7 balls in a row all around you slowly preparing to kill them with your ultimate. You'll be out of mana by this time regardless.
What makes this even worse is that most other mids are getting buffed now with better kits so relatively speaking she will be even worse tier than before. Please consider giving her a real buff
