Wait till you see his buffs. EDIT: as far as the scaling goes, at 471 AP and with full stacks(800 mana cost) his R does 1164 AP Damage,so I'd say .15 scaling. Makes TP Homeguard Kassadin seem worth,right?

ehhhhhhhhhhh i would need to see the damage and its scaling, he can move around all he wants, its his ability to drop and get out that concerns me.

I'm fine with him and anyone else being mobile. It's when they are mobile and have a shit ton of other strengths that it gets annoying.

Well honestly, congrats that if you waste all your gold for mana you get to flash 9 times. Because that is needed in teamfights. OOH he flashed on top of us! Let's silence him and then kill him as he is now useless!!!

Congratulations, you just have a useless champion that is frustrating to play against. We can get back to 7/6/5 sec. cd, 700 range. And add a little AP scaling, or make his mana scaling actually worth.
