Is Riot ever going to add the ability to report before before the post game chat?

I'm really tired after so many years to still be put in these lose/lose situations where a team mate doesn't get what they want in champion select, then flat out says they are going to feed and it's up to the rest of the team to bite the bullet and lose LP so everyone doesn't have to play with them.

You know what, that part doesn't even annoy me the most -- I'll take the damn bullet and dodge and lose my LP, but you know what grinds my gears (thx Peter Griffin) even more? The fact that even if I am the good guy and dodge so nobody has to play with the enraged a-hole, the system will not pick up this guys actions because there's no way to report him before hand.

When is Riot going to fix this glaring hole in their player behavior system?

First, it's "grinds my gears," not "grind me gears."

Second, there isn't much you can do atm. Your best bet is probably taking a SS of what they are saying and submit a ticket to RIOT (I think this is okay to do at least) and hopefully they will eventually get punished. From my understanding, Tribunal is currently out of season atm so players like this are having somewhat of a field day.

I just hear all of this work being put into player behavior activities, yet Riot seems to ignore this huge problem with their system, no matter how much work they put into the rest of it.

Well its better to hear they are working on it then not to have heard that at ALL. Also I'd rather them take their time trying to implement a system they themselves are happy with and think will work rather then put out something shoddy and have to redo it all over again or worse, revert back to the old one. It sucks you have to deal with it right now, but HOPEFULLY something will be done soon to deal with it. Just try to endure for now.
