@riot: here is a lux change for your immobile mage update

people have been complaining a lot, how her e is an incredibly reliable poke ability in lane. how do we change that without screwing the champion entirely over?

so here is a crazy idea. have the size of lucent singularity scale with ap. and by that i mean it starts out à lot smaller. about at the size of a galio q. making it harder to hit and less reliable as a tool to poke in lane due to the significantly smaller area. youd probably have to hit a binding to follow up with a smaller e.

and with more and more ap, it gets larger. at 700 ap it would get gigantic.

ever seen 600 armor malphite trigger iceborn gauntlets passive? thats how large it would get lategame.

it would essentially be a trade of early power in lane for about the same ability by midgame into a massive zoning tool lategame.
