Right now, a tank having

against an ad champion with 
feels like shit, because the ad champion basically have 400 gold over his opponent with the 20 flat armor pen. The ad champion can easily chunk and kill the tank, while the tank can't nearly do enough damage in return.
I wish they can fix this in the assassin update.

Apocalypse Lemon1 votesThen you have to consider the remaining stats and balance them. I would say that 400 hp and 35 dmg a second is far less valuable in the long run.
Lovelle1 votesPersonally, I don't think penetration should be very strong period. It invalidates tanky builds way too easily and it feels like crap to play against. No other class of champions has to deal with that. Just revert penetration to the way it was in season 2 please. That was probably LoL's most balanced season.
