Essence Reaver sounded super hype for Jayce here in the preseason, and i tried playing it and failed miserably. It just seemed like i was doing nothing, as well as having no wave clear to stall until later when Jayce undeniably will be strong. Now I'm watching Godbro (one of the highest ELO players on EUW) streaming, and he tried out the same thing, and had the same exact reaction.

Wondering if something could be dont? Maybe give him some passive Apen in some form or another (i mean he could smash armour with that hammer xD), cause it just seems like the current items force him into a lot of mediocre choices if he wants Apen. Which, let's face it he needs to function.
