I think Remakes time should be redone.

So minions spawn at 1:15 and actually get to lane at 1:40 - That's when the game more or less starts! So why is the remake time 3 mins? No matter what, you're going to have someone behind on your team so for the next 10-15 mins they're pretty screwed.

Example: Today i had a jungler reconnect at 2:40ish and level 1 died to their buff, respawned went top to try the other one - got invaded and died. My jungler was level 1, theirs was level 4. At this point the game is over, theres no hope for my jungler and they're going to be permanently behind. No one could really afford to leash without losing a wave or 2 and lose the tempo of their lane.

Honestly remakes should be offered when the game "starts" (1:15 - 1:40) - not at 3 mins. At 3 mins your laner is potentially 4 waves behind, or jungler is 2-3 levels down. So a reconnect pretty much means its over in the current state of the game.
