The problem with Lee sin

First off Lee sin is not op... But..... Low elo players cannot dodge skill shots to save their life. Lee cannot damage you if he cannot get close to you. If you dodge his q his whole combo does nothing. Meanwhile I agree with the argument that his damage ratio is way too high along with miss fortunes ult which can one shot an adc if you stand in it at full health. Lee is super mobile and does shittons of damage but think of him like riven. They can't do anything unless they get to you. Yes he is super annoying and yes I hate him too but just because he is doing his job doesn't mean he is op. Although on the other hand a tank Lee sin with a warrior jungle item should not be one shotting an adc at level 6. The only reason I ban Lee is because u know that there are people on my team who can't dodge skill shots and I don't feel like dealing with a fed Lee
