Riot doesn't know what accountability is

Every time someone makes a legit thread about legit complaints aimed at specific people, Riot shuts down or closes the thread with zero answers given. For example: Ghostcrawler is the lead system designer - So why on earth can't I create a thread and ask the dude why the heck HIS game is going to shit? Why can't I put blame on League's main designer when he doesn't seem to know what he's doing; is it wrong to ask what the balance team is smoking when they make towers even weaker?

Honestly Riot, it's time to stop being a bunch of pussies and start filtering out the weak spots in what seems to be a pyramidic mess of a company structure. Either people step up their game or you need to start to lay people off like any company would. You've used "competitive" as an excuse for too long. Worlds is over, what's the excuse this game for not fixing your game?

Riot is a collective body of people who decide upon decisions, that Ghostcrawler guy probably isn't the sole dictator of what goes into this game. Plus it's mean to point fingers at any one person. What does it accomplish? Maybe on the the slimmest of chances the dude will somehow see the thread and change his whole perspective, but I don't think that has ever really worked. It mostly just accomplishes making you or whoever makes a thread directed towards someone feel better about whatever it is that has you guys upset. Plus I'm sure they all vote/ decide together in meetings on what direction they want to go in, and they're a business so they have to have profit incentives with a lot of their decisions (such as frequent skin output).

Don't get me wrong I get your point of view, I just don't really agree with it, and if something is a rule (especially for a video game) then it's a losing battle to go against it. Should just accept and move on.
