doesn't the initial jungle spawn times hurt bot or top lane just as much as it hurts the jungler. I already found it difficult to leash sometimes and make it back to my wave, especially when I had a slow clear jungler.

It doesn't hurt you if you make your jungler actually use smite instead of saving it. Give him 3 or 4 autos and he should be able to handle the rest.

people will leash shorter and the jungler pays the price.

if you have to leash and the enemy doesnt the enemy has the freedom to either make the wave push to him slowly or shove down fast for a cheese.

Plot twist: Supports now hard leash jungle camps alone. They don't need gold or experience anyways. . .
