Just get rid o plants entirely.

Its obvious no one wanted them nor were they AT ALL necessary. why force changes on something that doesnt need fixing? if you guys really want to push for plants then keep them in normal games, but keep them out of ranked. at this point its not even about the plants being random(atleast not for me), but its about them being disruptive in general.

Amumu can now jump over walls and escape with 100 HP on his bar from a counter jgler because of a damn plant? do you know how stupid that is? counter jgling is highly risky as it is already, with plants its near impossible now.

Plants are obviously one of the worst things theyve ever come up with. Those plants will perish quickly you know when they said they would not give in to people wanting back solo q and kept defending their flawed dynamic fantasy? Guess what after realizing it might have a negative effect on player base and skin revenue they announce its return.
