It's kinda ridiculous to buff a perfectly fine but cancerous when strong champ like kassa out of the blue when he had a 8-10% pickrate and PERFECTLY 50% winrate. A champ like kassa should ALWAYS and ONLY be a counterpick. For champs like lb or kata for example. Now his winrate and playrate both increased to 15-18% depending on source and 53-54% in diamond. That's ridiculous. Idk what riot smokes sometimes to do this kind of buffs.

Are you actually saying that fixing his E so doesnt deal damage while its still invisible with no animation after you flash away because it calculated you were in the hitbox at the time of casting is "more clunky"?
