Jhin has a higher play rate and almost the same win rate as Ashe

Before you start nerfing Ashe, I want you to think about this Riot. We have a champion who's played even more, and he wins almost as often as Ashe. I'm not saying Ashe doesn't need nerfs, but she's definitely not the only adc who deserves them.

They're nerfing Ashe and Jhin in the same patch, and doing a small sweep of other ADC balance changes as well

Jhin is getting nerfed in 6.18 i think or 6.17. Meddler said jhin nerfs were coming for sure.

Uh yeah, except Ashe is incredibly strong, just like Jhin. Both are getting nerfs in 6.17, and they deserve those.
