If we can't honor enemies in Season 8, can it PLEASE come back in S9?

This was a feature I always had the utmost appreciation for. It was one of the many things I found myself giddy about back in S5 when I started League, and it makes me sad to this day to not have it implemented.

I also kind of miss being able to honor whoever I want && however many allies I want. I feel the feature overall was a great way to show good sportsmanship, potentially brighten someone's day, and show the players of the game that toxicity does not have to run as rampant; that we can all find a manner in which we'd express respect for skillful gaming or kind behavior amongst our peers or foes alike! Please bring it back, Riot. :^)
