Losing in urf is more fun when you're playing a champ you actually like to play

Urf was partly about experimentation, if you want more variety in urf then focus less on controlling what we pick and more on keeping our curiousities up.

also give us minion upgrades and poros.. but most importantly give us more to experiment with. A few new items is all it even takes. Instead you've actually removed some funny items to balance the game mode.
