Guys, which is the different between Quinn's r and Nocturne, Rengar, Rek'sai, Pantheon's ult?
All these champ have long Cd and all these ults are less efficient then quinn's ult. Is there a reason for this kind of favoritism?

Troy2426214 votes..Well. As someone who really enjoys playing Nocturne, and likes Pantheon, the answer is probably that Nocturne can give himself spellshield, fear you then burst you down in a couple of seconds while denying your entire team vision, and Pantheon can immediately stun-burst you.
Skills do not exist in a vacuum. if Nocturne could spam his ult, he would be pick/ban until nerfed.
